The staff of BRESCIALAT believe that quality is the key concept which features both manufacturing and commercialisation of hard and fresh cheeses. December 1998, December 1998, after a short but severe trial period, Brescialat achieved certification of its own quality system according to UNI EN ISO 9002 principles. The certification was acquired through the most prestigious Italian corporation for the quality certification in the agro-alimentary sector: CSQA.

March 2008, as further improving step, Brescialat acquired renewal of the quality certification according to the new edition: UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.

It is fair and necessary to underline, that the quality certification does not refer to any single products, but to all procedures managed by the company, which willingly comply with standard principles of UNI regulations, to grant quality services and products.

The way we produce quality is the way we satisfy our customers’ demands and all requests of those companies which still do not co-operate with us. Our staff’s aim is not only the guarantee of the quality level of all our products, but also the commitment to offer better service for purchase, after-sales service, research and development of new items which satisfy our clients’ requests.

In figures, our commitment for the quality turns to a 2000 hours’ time that our staff spend every year to effect analysis, to fix better job procedures, and to record statistical analysis; useful instruments for us to understand, improve and carry on more specific staff training.
