La sede di Brescialat S.p.ABRESCIALAT is a dairy company which was founded in the early 90s, and whose aim has always been the achievement of a good market share by focussing on quality products. The property is situated in a wide manufacturing area in the Brescian plain, where knowledge and respect for traditions witness our serious commitment for the future.

The core-business of the company is the production of fresh cheese (stracchino, crescenza, taleggio, robiola and cheeses covered by white mould), which has led us to a primary position on the specific market sector.


Il reparto produzioneBesides, the company also focuses on market sectors related to other dairy products, and in particular to aged cheeses (grana padano, parmigiano reggiano, ecc.). Everyday the entire manufacturing process, from raw milk collecting to the final product, is checked and detected steadily, to grant the highest quality level available to the consumer.
