Brescialat’s cheese and Wine Jelly, a unique tasting experience!

Twice delicious!

The Picolit Wine Jelly comes from Friuli Venezia Giulia and maintains the typical, marzipan flavour of friulan wine, although without alcohol. A fresh and delicate taste, which perfectly matches with Brescialat sweet or salty cheeses such as Stracchino and Quartirolo Lombardo.

A perfect coupling.

When the savoury and intense taste of Bagoss and Grana Padano melts with the unique taste of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Jelly and Chianti Wine Jelly, an amazing new flavour combination is born. A delightful pleasure suitable even for the most demanding clients!

A brand new taste.

The amber-yellow coloured Verduzzo Wine Jelly maintains the odour and the warm and mature characteristic of Western Friulan Hills wine, representing the ideal partner for typical-flavoured Brescialat cheeses, such as Robiola Bresciana, Taleggio and Gorgonzola.
